You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and SOG as a result of this agreement or your use of this Site. 

SOG's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of SOG's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by SOG with respect to such use. 

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SOG with respect to this Site. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and SOG with respect to this Site. No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless it is authored by SOG or its affiliates, or unless it is physically signed by a SOG officer. Any alleged waiver of any breach of this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any future breach. A printed version of this agreement and/or of any notice given by SOG in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement or your use of this Site to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained by SOG's in printed form. 

Pricing and Typographical Errors

Due to the nature of the commodity fuel market, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be improperly priced or incorrect. 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SOG shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 

We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling shopping experience. With that in mind, we do not "match" competitor's pricing or offer price protection. 

Employment Policy. 

SOG is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Applications must be completed in person by the applicant at SOG's office. Applications will only be accepted when SOG is hiring. Incomplete or reproduced applications will not be acted upon. No person will be hired without an interview. Interviews will be scheduled at the convenience of SOG. Applications will be considered active for 14 days. In order to be eligible for hire, an applicant must have the skills and ability to perform the job, employment references as to character as well as willingness to work, to accept the offered salary, and to be personally interviewed. SOG gives certain preferences in hiring, but in no circumstances will SOG cease to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
